He lost weight

Unbelievable but true: the 34-year-old British KFC fan lost 1 kg by eating burgers, fries, wings and, of course, sauces and sodas every day! However, the man didn't go completely crazy on the food. Before this crazy challenge, he gave himself some limits. He decided never to exceed 2000 calories a day.

A man his age who is not physically active needs 2000 calories a day, while a more athletic man can go up to 3000 calories a day. In those 7 days, Mike did not consume any more calories than strictly necessary for a man of his age.

Adverse health effects

Now, weight is one thing, but body fat is another. Mike's body fat increased by 250% in 7 days. But that's not all, his salt levels also increased significantly. He had many headaches and was very thirsty. Addicted to this food, he always felt an emptiness at the end of each meal and had to control himself to wait for the next meal.

He says:

I took great pleasure in eating all those bad things. Every day I looked forward to the next meal.

However, as much as Mike enjoyed the experience, he will not do it again and will only take an occasional KFC break every now and then.
