Antiperspirants: Although this product is marketed as a solution for body dour, you can apply it to other parts of the body that sweat heavily. It is recommended that you start off with a regular strength antiperspirant and then gradually switch to something stronger.

Sage leaves: Dermatologists swear by the ability of this herb to reduce sweating. You can drink as tea or keep a cloth wrap full of dried sage leaves in your pocket to absorb the sweat when you hold it. This might interfere with some medications, so please speak to a doctor before you ingest this herb.

Apple cider vinegar: This super liquid is touted for its many health benefits including balancing the pH levels in your body, keeping you dry, according to Healthline. You may drink it or wipe your hands with it, leaving it on overnight.

Baking soda: This common kitchen/bathroom item contains alkaline which cuts the production of excess sweat. By rubbing a paste of baking soda in your palms for at least five minutes before washing it off, the sweat will evaporate quickly, leaving your hands fresh.
