Her name is Sarah Massey and she has a behind that is nearly 2.15 metres in circumference. The extra weight doesn't seem to bother her but it does restrict her from doing many daily activities. For example, she struggles with sitting comfortably on a chair and finding the right size trousers. Despite her daily struggles, she is still happy and wouldn't change a thing. What a positive attitude!
