The undecided customer
Not all customers go to the shop knowing exactly what it is they are looking for, and that is alright. It’s why there are retailers to assist them narrow down their choices. But according to Anthony Luis Medina on Medium, some customers give retailers a hard time when they can’t decide on which item to buy, even up until they get to check out.
The customer has a job too. Unfortunately, no one really understands the importance of their role. Responsibility. Take responsibility in what you’re buying.
The discount hunter
We all love a good discount, but there are some people who will go to the ends of the world to snatch a good bargain. Some go as far as yanking off labels on items or damaging them to get some money off purchases. Medina says, these customers from hell do not mind causing a scene just to get their way. Others would spin the most outrageous tales for a bargain.
The family day out lot
Children can be a lot to handle at times and parents would find clever ways to spend time with them while going about their business. One way they do that is to take the entire family out ‘shopping’ and secretly expecting shop staff to work as babysitters.
