Judging people based on their drink choice is a clear adulthood reminder. However, in adults’ defence, our choice of drink can reveal as much about us as our outfit or our choice of a smartphone does.

Apparently, you can tell a lot about a person based on their go-to drink. Apart from other obvious reasons, I am glad the legal drinking age is 18 and over because looking back at my early preferences, I sure made bartenders roll their eyes when I thought I was being mysterious.
Let’s start with the basics and build our way up as we go.
White Wine
You are a perfectionist who can easily multi-task but can’t stop yourself from burning out. Chances of you being in your mid-30s and watching Real Housewives or Love Island are high.
Red wine
You are organized, and composed, but witty at the same time. If red wine is your go-to drink, you might give off the classy and chill vibe, but deep down you are a workaholic who knows no chill.
Rosé
You like to go with the flow. You probably shop the latest collection at Zara, have a clean-person aesthetic, and have a beige-coloured capsule wardrobe.
Beer
You are either indecisive or a Taurus. There is no in-between. You either like beer because it is the easiest option to choose, or you like beer because, hey, it’s beer.
Whiskey
You are determined, and confident, and you always know what you are doing. If you like whiskey sour, on the other hand, congratulations on your transition from vodka cranberry.
Vodka
If you drink it neat, you are either a college student or Annalise Keating from HTGAWM. And I am equally scared of you on both occasions.
Rum
You are loyal and appreciate the finer things in life. You like to tell stories, sitting at your favourite bar, in your statement outfit, hand gesturing to the bartender who you know on a first-name basis to bring you the ‘usual.’
Gin and tonic
You work in finances and you are into the classics. Or at least you pretend to be into the classics. You enjoy having a good time but not to the point of recklessness. Those numbers aren’t gonna work themselves tomorrow morning.
Margarita
You are either an old lady or that one person in the group friend that has the wildest stories to share. Think sex stories, text accidents, and crazy tea spills.
Tequila
You are a badass, carefree, and impulsive. It doesn’t take a lot of convincing for you to go out and live in the moment. You are loud and enjoy being the centre of attention. Are you a Leo?
Cosmopolitan
You are actually cool. Like Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City cool.
Mojito
You are smart and independent, but sometimes you tend to get ahead of yourself.
