A Korean study by Seoul researchers suggests that people uploading pictures with a black and white filter could have a dubious love life, in addition to being emotionally unstable.

Seoul researchers screened 25,000 Instagram posts from 179 students. They then asked these young people to draw a psychological profile to identify their 5 main character traits. They noticed that there were key criteria for determining a user's personality, including the colour used for their photos.
Indeed, according to this study, those who post photos in colour tend to be seen as pleasant people. Conversely, fans of the black and white filter were more often emotionally unstable, in addition to being neurotic and unhappy in their romantic relationships. We'll avoid this filter next time...
