What is a gymgasm?

A gymgasm, also commonly referred to as a coregasm,is an orgasm sustained while at the gym. This typically occurs during exercise that engages the pelvic floor muscles, such as ab workouts.

This exercise-induced orgasm comes about due to the relationship between your nerves and muscles. When activating the abdominal and pelvic muscles, the pudendal nerve also activates, a branch of which is responsible for clitoral function. If this branch of the nerve is repeatedly engaged, it can result in stimulation of the inner-clit, resulting, for some, in orgasm.
