The black kiss, also called ‘rimming’
This is particularly true when it comes to anal sex. Anything remotely related to the anus is still considered 'dirty' today. For a long time, the practice of sodomy was perceived as immoral by the Church and completely forbidden. Today, this sexual practice is still surrounded by preconceived notions as many associate it with the gay community.
What you need to know is that the anus is one of the erogenous zones of the human body, so it is an area that contains several nerve endings that will react to stimulation (from a finger, a sex toy, or a tongue...) creating arousal.
This is where the black kiss comes in. This is an oral sexual practice that consists of stimulating the area around your partner's anus with your tongue or lips.
A practice that requires some precautions
Oral sex can be risky. For example, if your partner is suffering from gastroenteritis, he or she can pass it on to you through oral sex. But that's not all, parasites such as tapeworms and parasites can also be transmitted.
Before undertaking this, make sure that each partner has optimal hygiene. Why not have a shower together for example, as a way to start the foreplay.
Proctologist Dr Thierry Higuero suggests having:
A good shower to get the anus clean, or even a small enema for those who want to go deeper with their tongue to prevent material from remaining in the rectum.
In addition to showering, you can also get accessories such as a mouth or dental dam, which are available online, in some pharmacies, or in sex shops.
If you are not with a regular partner, condoms should be worn and consider getting tested for STIs to avoid risky sex.
