It’s one of the most mythical sexual reactions, and we are here to put the flag in the ground and declare that it’s a real thing! Squirting is a thing mostly seen or heard of through porn, but this is actually something that vagina owners can try out for themselves in real life.

So what really is squirting, and how can we achieve it ourselves?
Squirt Science
While it’s been described as simply peeing while having an orgasm, it’s actually a bit more complicated than that. This type of orgasm, while debated, comes mostly through focussed stimulation of the G-Spot. Pushing up and adding pressure to this area can stimulate the Skene gland, which is near the bladder. When stimulated, it can release its own liquid from the urethra.
How to Do It?
Let’s also put a disclaimer out there and say that everybody is built differently, so these methods may work, or you may be someone that is just not predisposed to having these types of orgasms. Fear not, because it’s all about exploring your body and preferences, and either way it's going to feel really good.
First, get nice and relaxed. Often, there is some shame involved with the fluids and pleasures of vagina owners during sex, and the sensational build-up can cause some of us to hold back. Get horny and let it all flow, there is no need to be reserved.
Next, stimulate the G-Spot. Most of us should know where ours is, however, if you don’t, go 2-3 inches deep into the vagina. There should be what feels like a slightly spongier 'button' on the roof of the vaginal canal. Put pressure on the spot with your fingers, and make a few come hither motions to stimulate that Skene gland!
If you’re using a toy, the same principle applies, as you want to put maximum pressure on the G-Spot for the best results. As this goes on, you will feel a building sensation that might even feel like you have to pee. As we said, relax and let it all flow out.
Keep in Mind
Now that we have taught you a bit about how to make yourself squirt, do remember that all our bodies are different, and not everyone may be able to do this on the first try, or even at all. That is no problem, as exploring yourself sexually is a process, and you should be experimenting with what you like, and how you react to it. Keep yourself focused always on that ultimate goal: a great orgasm!
