The couple sat down on the sofa, in front of an interview with the two main actors from Santa Clarita Diet, Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant. Kamela didn't suspect anything.

In the episode they are watching, the young woman hears a voice that is very familiar to her: the voice of her boyfriend. He then appears on screen, sits down between the two actors and speaks to his girlfriend. ‘This is for my girlfriend Kamela. Surprise! I have a question for you. But I’m going to leave the real “me” to do that.’ At that moment, Conor turns on the sofa and retrieves a small box from the shelf behind him. It’s at that moment that Kamela realises.
‘Kamela, it’s been awesome being your boyfriend. But if you’re cool with it, I’d rather be your husband’ says Conor, kneeling down in front of her. The young woman, moved to tears, accepts without hesitation but still doesn’t seem to realise what's just happened.
