However, destiny wanted the lovebirds to meet again at a dinner in a pizzeria (food for all tastes and ages). There, they confessed their feelings and began to get to know each other.
Almeda was a widow. She had shared 43 years of her life with her husband, who had died a few years earlier from diabetes. Gary, who has a much shorter history, let his future wife know that she wasn't the first woman of a certain age in his life. His ex-girlfriend was 77 years old.
Their love took off like a rocket and the relationship was so good that only 2 weeks after they started dating, Gary asked her to marry him. They had no time to waste, obviously. Since then, they are a happy couple that shouts on the rooftops that love knows no age, color, gender, religion or pizza preferences.
But for Almeda, her relationship with Gary was not only a breath of happiness, but also a lifestyle change. Now, Almeda is Youtuber with her husband. They have a channel where they talk about life, they make terrible jokes and generally sell their stories.
