There are many benefits to using a menstrual cup. For instance, you can use it during sex. Your period will no longer be getting in the way of you getting frisky! It's also perfect because it allows you to have sex without staining the sheets.
How do you use it?
Just like the other cups, it's reusable. Its shape allows you to collect a lot more menstrual blood: one part is placed on the rectum and the round part goes under the pubic bone.
Your menstrual cup should touch your cervix. You can remove it the same way you'd remove any other cup and, of course, need to sterilize it for 5 minutes afterward. You can wear it for 12 hours straight, but remember to keep it upright, then pour your menstruation blood.
It's suitable for both light and heavy periods and is made out of medical silicone. Have you tried it yet? Do you think it's the best invention of the 21st century? Check out the video for information about it this cup.
