Sunbathing a specific part of your body
The Instagram model posted a racy picture of herself sunbathing with particular emphasis on exposing her private parts directly to the sun. She claims that:
Exposing your private parts to the sun can provide you with more energy, increase your libido, improve the circadian rhythm (which regulates the entire functioning of the human body) and still help you get a good night's sleep?
So not only is this good for your sex drive but apparently exposing one's genital area directly to the sun has loads of benefits too!
The Brazilian model explained that she had almost completely lost her libido after having been on quarantine for so long:
It was traumatising. I don't want a lockdown without sex anymore. Nobody can take it.
Is there any scientific truth behind this?
Well, Sexual health expert at The Women's Health Clinic Aly Dilks, believes that the sun's radiations can in fact increase one's libido:
In terms of the chemicals it stimulates, testosterone is the one most responsible for our sex drive and studies show that the sun is a great factor in its production. Interestingly, having a vitamin D deficiency can cause lower levels of estrogen in women which is connected to a lower libido.
So, according to Lunna, all you really need to do is integrate a few hours a week of sunbathing into your morning beauty routine and you will start experiencing the ample health benefits of this one simple trick.
