Now, in another milestone, McDonald's has opened a brand new concept chain called CosMc's. Here's all you should know about it, as well as the foods and drinks on offer.
McDonald's welcomes CosMc's
As per McDonald's announcement on it corporate website, the brand is opening up CosMc's as part of a trial. The first CosMc’s location opens in Bolingbrook, Illinois in the USA.
It is a brand new format from the corporation, which is very beverage-forward.This means that drinks definitely take centre-stage at CosMc's.
The name of the brand alludes to the fact that McDonald's promises CosMc's offerings to be 'truly out of this world.'
McDonald's is also leaning heavily onto nostalgia, like most big brands have been doing this year. As per McDonald's website,
Inspired by nostalgia and powered by a menu of bold, refreshing beverages and tasty treats, CosMc’s is landing earthside for us humans to enjoy.
Food and drinks on offer at CosMc's
CosMc’s menu is rooted in beverage exploration, with quirky flavour combinations and vibrant colours. Besides a range of specialty lemonades, teas, and coffee based beverages, the chain offers customers a huge range of drink-customisation option. There's everything from boba, flavour syrups, energy or Vitamin C shots, etc.
The chain also offers a more trimmed down selection of foods. Some items include Spicy Queso Sandwich, Savory Hash Brown Bites and Pretzel Bites served with dipping sauces. There are also a few McDonald’s classics on the menu.
There are also a couple of desserts on the menu such as Blueberry Lemon Cookie Sundae and Caramel Fudge Brownies, etc.
